Hauptwerk 8 is backwardly compatible with all instruments in Hauptwerk version 5+ format, and all instruments in Hauptwerk version 2-4 except encrypted instruments (which will require an update from the sample set producer). All instruments except St. Anne's Moseley are available separately and are not included with Hauptwerk.
